In usual times, the City of London’s young workforce is the lifeblood of the area. With 61% of City workers aged between 22-39 and around 40% born overseas, the City has the youngest and one of the most diverse workforces in the UK. How can we ensure that diverse and international talent remains attracted to working in the City now Britain has left the EU? Has the pandemic and the shift to remote working created any opportunities for attracting a wide talent pool to London?
